At Mummy's Food Brand, we are committed to providing our customers with fresh, high-quality home-made food. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a refund policy to ensure that you receive the best possible experience.
 

  1. Refund Eligibility Refunds are available for customers who have received food that is not fresh, has gone bad, or does not meet the standards of quality that we have promised. Refunds are not available for orders that have been delivered as expected, or for changes of mind or personal preferences.

  2. Process for Refunds To request a refund, customers should contact us within 24 hours of receiving their order. We will provide instructions on how to return the food and how to receive a refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned food.

  3. Payment Method Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will provide a store credit for use on a future order.
